Cancellation Policy

Arrival Please arrive on time. We will send out an automatic email reminder 24 hours before your scheduled class. We will also send a second email reminder 2 hours before you scheduled class. We do have a 15 minute grace period. Anyone arriving after the grace period will not be able to participate in the candle making experience. Please plan to arrive on time as we will not accept anyone arriving after the grace period. Please keep in mind we do not offer refunds. If you miss your appointment and would like to schedule another class please visit our website www.sweetdreamscandleclub.com Reschedule All reschedule request made 7 days before scheduled class will be able to do so with no additional cost. To reschedule simply email us or reply back to your confirmation email. We know that things happen. However, last minute reschedules the week of will result in a reschedule fee of $15 per person with the exception for the Candle Making and Brunch classes. A $20 reschedule fee per person is needed to reschedule the Candle Making and Brunch classes at anytime. Inclement weather We do monitor the weather. If we are open we look forward to making candles with everyone that has booked a class. State of emergency We will contact all participants who class is impacted. All customers will be able to reschedule for a future date. No additional fees will be applied. No refunds will be issued Refunds We do not offer refunds. However, if classes are ever cancelled on our end we will offer full refunds.
